Why List Your Space on Phlex?

Well, because the world of work has changed and it’s time to start making it work for us.

The market for co-working spaces has changed significantly in the past year or so, and we predict that it will continue to change. No longer the domain of the techies and freelancers – the corporate users who are sick of their dining table are looking for alternatives too.

However, the needs of the corporate users are sometimes a little different, so we’re here to help you understand their needs, get people into your space(s), and keep them coming back.

Firstly, we want to make it as easy as possible for locals to find you and for you to promote your new services and so we have put together a whole bunch of free marketing tools to help you do just that.

And secondly, once they’ve found you, we want your visitors to feel not only welcome, but comfortable and able to stay and work, and come back time and again.

Our ergonomics training and certification programme will improve your space ranking, generate great user feedback from freelancers and corporates alike, and make you stand out from the crowd.

How Has the World Changed?

The world of work was changing anyway before the COVID-19 pandemic. Driven by improvements in technology, ever-increasing central city real estate prices, and concerns over sustainability and strain on our transport systems, employers were starting to think that they could look at different working models and consider something other than the daily commute into a central city location for their employees.

And now, because we really didn’t have any choice but to work remotely for much of 2020 and into 2021, many have seen that there is the potential for a different lifestyle.  And that working either at home, or at least closer to home, is a real and viable alternative in some shape or form.

Yet although going back to the daily commute isn’t overly attractive, the kitchen table just doesn’t cut it for many of us either – not long term anyhow.  We’re not comfortable and we’re crying out for a bit of social interaction (and a decent coffee!) in our working day.

We don’t believe that the choice has to be that binary.  It doesn’t have to be ‘home or office’ – there is another way – a third way that gives us the best of both.  Close to home, but not actually home.  And your space is perfect for that.  Or at least it will be once we’ve helped you identify and address the needs of these customers.  We think it’ll be great for them, and great for you too.
